Methodology

Since our inception, Technology Three’s methodologies have ensured that undertaken projects are executed on-time and within budget while maximizing the quality of our deliverables.
An overview of our methodological approach is as follows: STEP 1: Information Gathering & Analysis
Prior to developing a site Technology Three conducts a comprehensive analysis of the site requirements, existing site evaluation, target audience identification, competitive analysis and business information gathering to ensure that our proposed strategy will accomplish the following:
STEP 2: Specification & Design
This is an interactive phase of the Technology Three methodology to decide on the design specifications of the web structure.
Several sample designs will be created during this stage to allow evaluation of different possibilities and scenarios. This is will give a visual snapshot of what the site would look like.
STEP 3: Development
Once the approval is received for the design of the structure, Technology Three moves into the Development phase where developers begin the creation of the site. In this phase, usability tests are conducted to ensure that the design is consistent with the requirements and recommendations.
STEP 4: Deployment
Prior to launching your product or website, last minute changes and tests are performed to assist in measuring user satisfaction, as well as benchmarking a minimum performance requirement for future improvements and comparisons. During this phase, planning for future versions of the website including improvements and requirements are also executed.
STEP 5: Measure and Improve Site success
After the site has been deployed, Site metrics is used to identify how users are using the site, what they are searching for and point out which site functionality is most useful.
Technology Three then conducts a review of the site usage patterns and identify ways in which information, location, content and search capabilities can be improved.
These findings are then used to benchmark and improve the site performance.
Project Management
Technology Three’s project management is a hands-on approach to development, allowing Technology Three’s managers to contribute as team members (as necessary). Technology Three Project Managers are the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and can provide immediate assistance with project schedules, specifications, development methodologies and progress reports.
The entire project will be tracked by Basecamp, a unique project collaboration tool. Our project begins with the Basecamp setup, which provides a complete project management system including:-
Maintenance
Technology Three also provides ongoing service maintenance to a majority of its clients. Maintenance typically covers the completion of small site enhancements and the resolution of system issues.
Maintenance contracts are typically annual contracts that provide a fixed number of hours each quarter for system enhancements and support.
