These are the working terms for using this site and engaging Technology Three Pty Ltd, a Gold Coast studio. Quotes we send you sit on top of this page.

The work

Project work is scoped and quoted. Retainers are month-to-month. You own the ad accounts, the content, and the pages. We do not lock you into a long contract, and we do not claim a 48-hour launch.

This website

The copy and brand on this site belong to Technology Three. Don’t scrape it as if it were yours. Insights posts are general commentary, not advice for your particular business.

Paying and stopping

Invoices are due as set out in the quote. Either of us can stop a retainer at the end of a paid month. If a project is halfway done, we bill for work already done.

Law

Queensland and Australian law apply. If something on this page and a signed quote disagree, the quote wins.
